How do I back up my wallet?
When you create a wallet, Tron Wallet shows you a 12-word recovery phrase. Write it down on paper and store it somewhere safe and offline. Never take a screenshot, never save it to cloud notes, and never share it. Anyone with your recovery phrase can control your funds.
What networks and tokens are supported?
Tron Wallet supports the TRON blockchain: TRX (the native asset) and TRC-20 tokens such as USDT. Other blockchains are not supported — do not send assets from other networks to a TRON address.
I lost my recovery phrase — can you help?
No. Tron Wallet is fully non-custodial. Your recovery phrase is generated on your device and never sent to us. We have no way to see, reset, or recover it. If it is lost, the funds in that wallet cannot be recovered by anyone.
How do I contact support?
Email us at support@trxwallet.app. We reply as quickly as we can. Never include your recovery phrase or private key in any message — real support will never ask for them.
